Do you know of a user friendly online planner?

I need to find a user friendly online planner that is password protected and does not have any fees associated with usage. Can you help?

Thanks everyone. I used Google calendar, got the job done. I really liked the text option on it.

@cyreb7 I’ll have to check out Remember the Milk, though- sounds like something I can use in my daily life!
