Are there elevators in giant windmills?

do they have ladders? circular stairs? or elevators to get up there?

Ladder or stairs.

On a side note, retired wind turbine blades have been turned into a playground on a rooftop in Rotterdam.

I’ve been up one with a viewing platform (an inside one with glass windows). They had stairs/steps.. and a lot of them. They weren’t very difficult to get up, as it was a school trip and our group of 30 had no problems.
