What are the best chat websites on the internet? (Besides fluther!)

Where are the best chatrooms online? I get too many weird dating sites when I search. AOL and Yahoo chat is full of creeps and weirdos. So is Meebo and Chatroullete…is there anywhere else to go chat? Preferably not video chat – too many pervs. Thanks!

http://talkcity.com/ is the best one I’ve seen. I think AOL is good too, you just have to stay out of public general rooms, and user created special interest rooms.
