While exploring the new and improved profile pages, did you learn anything new about yourself or other jellies?

Asked by Hawaii_Jake (37334points) October 9th, 2010

I have to say that I didn’t know what my most popular questions and answers were. I like that addition.

I love the new tabs and even larger avatars, too.

What did you learn?

In addition to what you’ve mentioned, the “Some Topics You Have In Common” when viewing someone else’s profile is nice…sort of a bonding element with another Jelly. It is also interesting to see the totals on each tab.

As for me, I’ve learned that I need to come up with some type of riveting question in order to knock “How would you describe the taste of brussels sprouts?” off of my top 3 questions list. How embarrassing!

One of my greatest answers seems to indicate that I’m an egomaniac/snob and that people lurve me for it anyway. :p

That one of my closer friends here and I have no topics in common.

I go away for a few days and Fluther changes. The new profile page is lurverly and now I have to spend time to understand all the changes. One thing I noticed is one of my greatest answers is not at the top of the list. I’m not known for many great answers so it was easy for me to see this faux pas:}. I like the tab situation because it helps you to present yourself to others as you would really like to be seen/perceived. All in all the new profile page is a great change, it makes the site look very professional. High five \o/ to the designer(s).

I like that I can hide my questions!

Not really.

Yeah, apparently I’m into Ancient Rome, cosmology, The Beatles, and lounging. Hmm. Who woulda known?

I learned that a lot of deserving people weren’t in my Fluther, so added them. There are more, I’m sure, but it’s one of those things I tend to overlook. I like the new page though, and I’m so so so glad I can hide the fact that I’m following topics like hemorrhoids and how to duct tape children to the wall. :)

My story is rather boring, so when I don’t have so many distractions going on I’ll have to change that.

Nothing different on my end. I answer posts and occasionally ask questions. I can’t see a reason for me to hide any questions. I rarely look at other profiles unless a certain response was given or being added to a Fluther.
