Can I restore my iPod touch through iTunes, and keep the upgrades?

In January, I upgraded to 1.1.3 and downloaded the update. A month ago, I upgraded to 1.1.4. If I restore, can I keep the upgrades as well as the January update?

yes, they are already downloaded to your computer, so when you restore it, it will either keep at the version it is at now, or when you connect it for the first time after, it will ask if you want to update it, and when you say yes, it will just pull the updates from your hard drive.
