Any summer festival suggestions in Northern California?

We love going to festivals. We enjoyed Gilroy’s Garlic Festival, Castroville’s Artichoke, Walnut Creek Art and Wine, and Mountain View Art and Wine. Any other suggestions?

It’s not quite as gourmet as the above mentioned, but worth checking out. It’s near Locke (a small, historical, Chinese mining settlement), a some other small towns like Rio VIsta that are fun to visit and can all be seen in one day.
