ya my computer gots the sickness.

Back up all the files on CD’s or an external HDD. Then re-install the operating system. Then move the files back onto the computer. I’m thinking this is much easier to do on a Mac than on a Windows Machine.

That’s the best way to get a completely clean computer.

I always refer people who use Windows to Spybot – Search & Destroy. Its free and does a very thorough job.

@Breefield: I hate to be the one to say it, but if okc405 had a Mac, he wouldn’t have the malware problem. My gf ran antivirus on her Windows machine today and found over 200 bad things.
