How do i repair the red ring of death?

all you need is a phone…you call up microsoft, they pick it up, they bring it back…xbox fixed…

If you’re anything like my husband, first you buy a NEW x-box, then you call microsoft & send it in for repair. Apparently, no true gamer can live without one!!

I’m not joking we have two xboxes for this reason.

i’d have 2 if mine broke down… but that’s just because i could get another from the shop while the others in the shop

yeah, apparently he asked that question & MS unwilling to send give us a loner box. My poor husband was so distraught when he thought he was going to have to live without his xbox for a week. {{giggles}}

ah, i see i didn’t realy write it down clear, i’d get one from the store (i work parttime @ a game store) but i can understand your husbands frustration, maybe they should work something out around that…

Call the worst customer support on the planet Microsoft @ 1800 4 MY XBOX. Talk to the customer service agent who can’t speak English but has a Texas accent. Then be prepared to be without you XBOX for 4–6 weeks.
