Good physical therapists/massage therapists in Palo Alto area?

Someone I work for is having shoulder pain and spasms, and is looking for a good massage therapist near Palo Alto, as well as a good sports fitness center that can do physical therapy along with exercise planning. Anyone been to any good ones?

You need a script from a MD for physical therapy...they have different training and licensing from that of massage therapists... Word-of-mouth is best rec for massage therapists...Medical insurance will pay for a limited number of PT sessions, also. Massage therapy comes out of your wallet.
