Has anyone been on the Hajj?

just curious if any Muslims using Fluther have ever been on the Hajj, i’m supposed to be writing an essay on it now and i’m just wondering how different it is to a Muslim as to what we get taught in an anglican school

i have a muslim friend who has been on it. he came back with his head shaved, it actually suited him.
