Is there a way to get the photos out from an ipod touch?

I need a program that can help me export pictured from an ipod touch. Kind of like how u can export the songs on to your computer.

let’s start, what OS are you using? in case you’re using OS X, you could check apps that work both ways, and see if you can get to the photo part, good luck

Go to Starbucks they have a free signal. Also most public libraries have a free signal.
