How do i send any file like (pdf, exe, doc, etc.) to a DVD?

Not like a video or music file I just want to use a dvd like a jump drive.

Do you just want to burn a DVD with an arbitrary file on it? If so, I usually use DeepBurner when I am using a Windows machine to do this. It’s free and simple to use.
