i liked his short story The Town That No One Got Off. i never would have read it unless my teacher had assigned it. also, A Sound Of Thunder taught me that everything has its purpose, a rule that i re-tell myself 100 times everyday.

Martian Chronicles. My dad read it to me when I was a kid as a bedtime story. A chapter a night. I had to recite something for a class in fourth grade, once, and memorized There Will Come Soft Rains, which is my absolute favorite part.

Zach; just call me “granny”. And read everything that Bradbury wrote; you can’t go wrong.

I think that the story is called “The Veldt” or something like that. It’s from the Illustrated Man.

First story I read of his was A Sound of Thunder. I found it particularly striking. Another one that really effected me was All Summer in a Day.

A list of his works in wikipedia.
