I guess it depends on the make of the car, but it could mean that you also wears short-sleeved sweatshirts and sport a Grim Reaper tattoo on your arm.

That the car is black and so are the rims.

everything is black, or blacked out. The rims, the grill, even the badge’s(cars name). Usually stuff that would normally be chrome is painted black. Looks great, but stays clean for about 15 minutes.

I don’t know but one time, when I was very young and very naive I asked my only black friend if black people were cool with driving white cars…she gave me a look I will never forget :0

It is the the color of the exterior and the interior. So if a car is black on black it has black on the outside as well as in the inside.
