What is the best Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for importing resumes?

We receive a high volume of resumes, mostly in Word format and need to be able to import them into an ATS and have them searchable.

Some of the big systems for ATS are:

Brassring

Taleo

Peoplesoft

Now these all will have resume importing, whether its by attaching it or cutting and pasting it into the application. These are enterprise grade applications and expensive, you may want to consider having your own system built based on your needs.
