I’m flying a desk….

I’m not running – obstacles or otherwise. I’m navigating a desk and I must say right now it’s remarkably dull sailing, nothing interesting on the horizon….
And if I was running – I probably wouldn’t be fluthering…..that’s just irresponsible.

Parkour (from how you described it anyway, not heard that before). It makes for a far more interesting run and works different muscles. Feels more gratifying and rustic. I’ve done a lot of crss-country running, so maybe that’s why I prefer it.

parkour; building to building, jumping over and off of stuff

Free run.
You see somehitg interesting, like a small playground you could run around in, you do it in the most complicated and impressive way possible. Free runnning can be played as horse too, whilst parkour is more, “lets try to get to town whilst playing ‘the floor is lava’ game” .

so, free runnning.

I love to watch parkour, but haven’t done it. I want to learn how, though I supposed it would take years of training.

I’ve seen parkour on TV, very impressive and dangerous. When I used to run, I would free run about 4 days a week, and one day a week I would run through the woods on dirt trails , up and down hills. I found this to be not just a great work out, but a nice change of pace as well.

If I had known about it fifteen years ago I would have been into it. I don’t think my body could handle it now. I do enjoy watching it.

Parkour spectator here as well. Sadly, my knees couldn’t handle it.
