I have a Motofone F3. I got it unlocked from www.motorola.com. It has the ability to talk and text but has many downsides. For example no outbox for text messages. Its the cheapest unlocked Motorola phone you can buy but I still think it’s great. It’s very slim, simple, and built strong.
