Chess tournament rules...timing? increments?

I am playing in a tournament tomorrow and the games are 60 minutes each, with 30 second increments. Does this mean that each move has 30 seconds alloted towards it, and that if you move quicker, the remaining time gets added to the overall time? HELP!?!
