Someone already thought outside of the box. It’s called Craigslsit or a listserve. ;-}

Contact an estate sales place. They can price and advertise within a week. They can do one room or the whole house. In this day people are looking for bargins and the short lead time should be no problem. By the way, I still have my finger in this business as an investor in a consignment/estate sale company.
