How do I set up a canvas page for a Facebook application?

I made a facebook application that got approved and is now listed in the facebook app directory. My application shows up and runs prerfectly on a user's profile. But when i click on the application's canvas page (which is the page that you go when you click on the app from the installed applications list)
This was my first app and I'm kind of like a newb programmer.
