I watched a (pretty awful) biopic of him this weekend that essentially skirted the entire issue, as does his autobiography.

His autobiography skirts it, but authorized biographies written by those who knew him well, such as Tony Scherman and Charles White, have outwardly said that he is indeed gay.
In fact, on this page of Charles White’s biography, he quotes Little Richard speaking about his homosexual experiences.
