Phone Web Browser Emulator?

I’m looking for a mobile phone web browser emulator like the one on this page: http://mtld.mobi/emulator.php?

Are there better ones online? What I’d actually like is one that I can download and run as software instead of in a webpage. Anyone know of one for Windows or Mac? I plan to use it to show others various mobile websites.

Here is one that simulates the iPhone on OS X. http://marketcircle.com/iphoney/

Or you could download the SDK and use Aspen.

I’m not sure about other mobile devices.
