What's the Bay Area NPO that sends art-deco return-address stamps?

They're in Futura font, of national landmarks like Muir Woods, Fort Point, Sweeney Ridge, Point Bonita, Alactraz, etc.

I don't know who is sending out stamps like that (park service, perhaps?) but I do know who designed them http://www.michaelschwab.com/portfolio/posters/posters.html

The font, btw, is not Futura but a typeface based on Michael Schwab's lettering. Eagle is a close match.
