my ear buds that came with my iPod aren’t working right and on the box that they came in says thy are under warranty but my iPod came in that box… Should I contact iTunes?

Apple headphones are covered under the iPod warranty. Just bring them in with your iPod, they’ll need the serial code on your iPod to verify your warranty.
