Can I make a music video I purchased from the iTunes store my screensaver on a macbook?

It doesnt necessarily need music, just the video itself. I really want it to be my screensaver. If not from iTunes, can I use another video file?

there is a plugin called Save Holywood. i cant find it right now but u can google it. basically it allows you to make a movie screensaver. find that and it should help. its OSX
