What is a good place to get a co-op mortgage loan?

Most banks offer mortgages for condos or houses only. I'm getting interested in a co-op.

I got a mortgage for my co-op from CitiMortgage - citimortgage.com - which is a division of CitiBank. I don't know where you live, but they apparently do a large portion of the mortgages on apartments in manhattan (where I live), which are primarily co-ops.

And were there any hidden fees, or any trouble of that sort? Did you have a good experience with them?

I just called CitiMortgage, and they don't offer co-op mortgages in my state, unfortunately. Any more suggestions would be appreciated.

Washington. But I actually got this figured out--I ended up going to ncb.

You can also try getting an unsecured loan. Unsecured loan can be used for any purpose. This loan does not require collateral that’s why it’s easy to acquire.
