Anxiety is worry-producing thoughts in excess of what a situation warrants or constantly worrying about things past, present, and future.
Mild cases can be helped by practicing some retraining of your inner dialogue. More serious cases of anxiety disorder probably require work with a therapist. In some extreme cases, medication may be required.
