Whats the cheapest deal for internet+landline+basic cable in San Francisco?

i’ve been paying for none of them but my building just switched to a phone based buzzer and stealing wireless is not working. the cable isn’t totally necessary, but would be nice. I need to spend as little as possible!!!! help?
