What is "victory" for the war in Iraq?
Bush wants us to stay in Iraq until we have "won," or until the "job is done." What has to happen for the war to be declared won?

I'm not sure there's an answer to that question. The current objectives are hazy right now. I would assume that it means a stable [democratic] government in Iraq
Bush has also said he wants Iraq to resemble the "Korea model" where the U.S. has had a presence for over 50 years. I think the problem here (much like with a software project I'm currently working on) is a lack of definition of the "done criteria" (at least publicly). What a *leader* would do is engage the people in a national conversation about what the done criteria should be, then once those are achieved, be done with the whole thing. Somehow, I don't see that happening here.
