How do I turn off voice notifications on my LG Shine?

I was playing with the settings on my phone last night and came across an option I had not seen before. By activating this option, prior to the ringer the phone will announce that there is an incoming call/message and state who it is from.
That being said, I thought I would try it out. Now, I can’t figure out how to turn it off, and have gone through all the phone settings. Can someone please help me?

Not at all, like I said, I was just playing around one night and came across it, turned it on, nd didnt even think twice about the idea that i just might not know how to get back to it.

a skrew driver and hammer. lol jk try: HOWARDFORUMS google it:) works for me its a cellphone hack / FAQ/ help center for phone peoples. hence i have free WAP “internet” on my samsung thanks to howard forums.
