Search Destinations/Vacations by Price?

I can’t remember which website it was (Kayak, Expedia, etc.) where you could put in travel dates and the amount of money you could spend on a ticket, and it would show you destinations where you could fly to.

I know it exists because I saw it. Does anyone know of such a website?

Kayak does not allow a search such as you describe. Its primary search requires a destination and a starting point. You can search cruises without regard to destination. You can search their deals list by general area.
