Nvidia RAID error, Is it safe?

I have recently been getting a popup message telling me that the Nvidia RAID has “encountered a critical error”, than the computer will freeze. After restarting several times it will work for about 4 hours and then it will freeze. I do not have much experience with RAID errors, and I don’t know how to compare them to hard disk errors.
What should I do? Is it safe to keep using the computer? Should I immediately turn it off and take it in to the shop? What would you recommend?

(RAID 0, Western Digital 150GB 10k RPM 2x, Vista SP1, Nvidia 780i)

I don’t know much about raid but wiki says this “A single disk failure destroys the entire array because when data is written to a RAID 0 drive, the data is broken into fragments… RAID 0 does not implement error checking so any error is unrecoverable”
I hope you backed up your stuff. You probably need a new hard drive, sorry. Take it to the shop first though and see what they say, or check some online forums to see if maybe its an easy fix. Is there any program or application that tries to launch before the error message?
In other news, nice motherboard, I have the same one :) oh, you could try plugging it into a different SATA port… small chance that will change anything but worth a shot.

I recently updated the BIOS and I am going to try reverting back to the old version.
