Wynona(sp?) LaDuke ran for VP with Nader in 2000 and/or 2004.

Russel Means tried to get the Libertarian nomination one time, but he didn’t make it past the primaries.

I saw a Jacques Yves Boulerice listed as the presidential candidate of the Native American Party, but I can’t seem to verify he is a Native American.
