Vintage Law and Order, pre 2002, all varieties. Do you mean regular networks, because then we've got Six Feet Under and, ahem, the Sopranos, and the Wire and Deadwood, or going back, Homicide (life on the streets). But really. Sid Ceasar amd Imogene Coca.

the office, hands down. Michael Scott (Steve Carrol) and Dwight
Shrute (Rainn Wilson) are amazing, me and my family are addicted. We have bought every season and can't wait for season 4 to start. The comedy is fantastic and there's a romantic twist with pam and jim that keeps you guessing. (24 gets an honorable mention.)
