What are some alternate spellings for the name "Bahia"?

I’m trying to find a friend of mine from long ago named Jim Lott, but after about 30 minutes or so of googling, facebook and myspace I can’t yield any results. I decided to go for searching for his sisters (He has three, though I believe I’ve only met 2).

One of them (the younger) was named “Bahia”, only, they didn’t spell it like that. The spelling of her name, I want to say, had a “J” and a “G” in it somewhere.

What are other ways to spell “Bahia”?

Baía. It’s the Spanish word for bay, just as Bahia is Portuguese for bay. Both are pronounced the same.

Sorry. Reverse that.

Is it pronounced Ba-he-a? If yes it could be Bahea, Beheya, Bahiya, or Bajia.

Yes “Ba-hee-ya” or “Ba-hee-a”

Bahá’u’lláh is the prophet for the Bahá’í faith. Maybe if you search it with the accents.
