What is a good inexpensive software to repair Windows XP problems and HD repairs.

my sisters dell is very sluggish and buggy and just overall unreliable, without doing a re-install (she lives far from me) need to mail the disk (or walk her thru a download)

a hammer, or an imac? sorry i just hate that windows is such a dominant os but they knowingly design it to be a problematic nightmare.

Well if the computer is still operational and you need to just access her computer to do repairs, you could do that easily with Windows Remote Assistance

If you really need to repair XP, then you could
Rebuild XP without losing data or reinstalling software
