@thedonja – it’s been hinted at, but you appear to be pretty new to the site, so I’ll say it. While you can use fluther to do your homework (as some very generous people like Allie will sometimes answer these sorts of questions), in general we don’t like it when the only purpose of a question is to get other people to do your work for you.

I’m going to go with Dr. Albert Schweitzer. He was a vegetarian- the heart looks pretty healthy.
