I tried that font-recognizing thingy but it won’t work, does anyone know what the font used on the cover of The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay by Michael Chabon ( Harper Perennial 2008 edition) is?

Here’s a pic

Futura Light Condensed

Or something close to it.

The font is how the letters look. And don’t call me Shirley.

I’m pretty sure that’s Agency… check it out at Veer

good tools, but their stuff tends to be expensive, so you might search around if you’re actually buying

I put it into what the font on myfonts.com and Avi Sans Extra Light is what it suggested: http://new.myfonts.com/fonts/baselinefonts/avi-sans/extra-light-regular/

Have a look on the legal stuff page. They often mention the font the book is typeset in and may say about the cover too.
