Is there somewhere I can get a listing of all concerts happening in New York City?

Asked by TitsMcGhee (7306points) | asked February 25th, 2009 | 12 responses | “Great Question” (0points) | Flag as…

I live in the East Village, mere blocks from Webster Hall, and I manage to miss a number of great shows because I have no idea how to find out about them (ticket master doesn’t count). Is there somewhere I could look? BrooklynVegan is good, but not complete by any means. Suggestions?

how about the New York Times. They’ve got to fill all those pages with something. (I’ve only seen the Sunday edition and it’s pretty big)

download iconcertCal for your itunes…it collects all the artists in your itunes then creates a calendar showing when they are playing in your location.

Www.jambase.com, or check out a local alternative weekly like the Village Voice. Better yet, save some trees and go to their website too.

www.ohmyrockness.com has a great indie show list for nyc – you can sign up for the email list too (no spam, just shows).
