When you are in a relationship what is the deciding factor that takes it from just liking someone to loving them?

acceptance & comfort.

I kept telling myself that I wasn’t in love until I realized how truly happy I was with him. Like I had never been in any other relationship before. He completes me and I would never want to be without him. That’s how I realized that I was in Love.

Poet’s and musicians have tried to describe it since the beginning of time.
And I would sit here trying to describe it until the end of time.

Sense of sheltering and completeness. The other person makes you want to be the best person that you can possibly be.

No one can choose whom they love, either you do or you don’t, you cannot force it.. Sometimes it can go from friendship to love without realizing when it happens.

I consider love, the point where I would give my life to save theirs.

Hard to say, for a while I never really knew and then I just started to feel it.

When you have trouble imagining a future without your beloved.

When you want your loved one to be as happy as possible—even more than you want yourself to be happy.

When you are by yourself and see, hear or think something interesting, and the very next thing that goes through your mind is the impulse to share the experience with your loved one.

It seems to me that if you’re not sure that you’re in love, then you are not. Once you experience real, true love… it hits you like a shovel to the head, and there is no question in your mind any longer. From what you described in your question the other day, I think you are falling in love, but may not be all the way there yet.
