Looking for an ad-network for my tumble-log that gets about 800–1600 pageviews a month that should be earn me about a tiny side-income. So looking for something that pays me directly to my paypal account and doesnt require to fill out a tax form

I think they will all need a tax form because it’s a form of income. If you find one that doesn’t, it is probably not legal.
