So how do you feel about the 'whisper' text option?

I like it. On my computer, pressing control and + or – will enlarge the screen.

I wish they’d at least change the colour or something, I’m not saying they need to change just because of me, but hell that and the back ground colour mesh together for me so I really have to squint at those.

Increase the text size in your browser, blindy-pants.

@Vinifera7 it’s only a problem when I’m on here, I usually just avoid sites that are hard for me(that means you people should be flattered) and my text size setting are perfect for everything else. I mean I’ll live with it don’t get me wrong, just wondered if it bothered anyone else.

I have low vision, it’s difficult for me to read.

I’m telling you how you can help yourself. Get a browser that has domain-specific display customizations like Firefox.

You were just given options for enlarging the text. Try them, and maybe you won’t be bothered anymore.

Just like a spoken whisper is harder to hear, the written whisper should be harder to read.

It’s difficult to read, annoying because it seems more like pussying out of saying what you will instead of a “whisper” but that’s just my two cents.

Usually, it is for off topic remarks.
That way the main conversation isn’t as derailed.

@fireside It’s not that I can’t SEE the “whispered” text.. it’s that I can’t make it work, as in when I type ”- -” either side of the words, it doesn’t make the text smaller.

@jo_with_no_space – you need to use two dashes on both sides of the text. There is no need for the quotation marks.
