how to fix audio on mp3 player?

I just got my mp3 player, and I’m noticing that no matter what headphones I use, only the left ear works. Is there anything I can do, or should I just try to get a replacement? Thanks!

If it is brand new, take it back. That is a serious defect. Any reputable store should exchange it.
