well for me best is cheapest: diamond nails on lower QA has 15$ pedicures and you never have to wait for a chair. or that place on madison i forget what its called, starts with a t, theyre good but not cheap...

There's a place on tenth, I think it's called "nails on tenth" -- nice place, good colors, all the modern conveniences of fancy chairs, etc. Relaxed environment.

I think the place Parkmanz means is Frenchy's, in Madison valley (close to the arboretum). They're frequently booked up, but their mani's & pedi's are really nice, & the spa itself has a very fresh, clean, whimsical atmosphere. Their services are less than Gene Juarez, but more than your average chop shop.
