Can you help me fix my TI-84 calculator?

hey can anyone help me with my calculator? it seems it’s locked up and it just says ti 84 silver edition and ram cleared at the start up and the cursor is frozen and i cant do anything about it. I tried to reinstall another OS system but my computer doesnt recognize the the device
