Forgotten the name of a goal tracking website, maybe someone here knows of it?

I ran across this goal tracking website with a great premise about a month or two ago. When setting your goal, you would have the option of putting a monetary wager for your goal. If you failed to uphold your end of the bargain, the money would either go to the charity of your choice, or to an “enemy,” a person whom you didn’t want to have your money. I can no longer find the site – anybody know what it might be?
