Does there exist an application that would let me synch my BlackBerry with my laptop and respond to emails and texts through the BlackBerry but using my mouse and keyboard?

It’d be nice to pull up an enlarged (and maybe a little bit enhanced) BlackBerry interface and use the big keyboard to catch up every once in a while. It’d also be nice for getting online things done faster in airports.
