What are the Nutritional values of Green Almonds?

So I’m Turkish, and when I was a lil’ one, we visited Turkey. We had went to the southern country side where my mom grew up and there was an almond tree where there were green almonds growing. My mom had picked some and we ate them with salt, I especially loved to add lemon. I’m a big fan of sour foods. My mom just bought some and I was eating some thinking what kind of nutritional value it had. Searched it on google…couldn’t really find anything.
