I play clarinet and i have band in the morning and it feels really hard to get air through my clarinet.I still get air through and I make a good sound, should I raise or low the ligerature or raise or lower the reed, or is it just because band is at 8 in the morning and i am tired?

Try using a thinner reed and wetting it longer. Also there are chest expansion exercises that all woodwinds should do. They’re the same as the ones that swimmers use.
