How can I convert a .swf (flash) file to Quicktime .mov?

I made an animation in Flash, but when I exported it to quicktime format it had bugs in it, so I exported it as a flash .swf file. Now I want to upload it to facebook and youtube or whatever, so how do I convert it to Quicktime?

You can try this program. It’s converted everything I’ve needed it for so far and easy to use.

It may not work for your purposes since it’s designed for audio conversions but it’s a really nice program nonetheless.

Tweak the settings for the quicktime. Also, .WMV is also an option for facebook or youtube.
